In the event that escrow for a transaction does not close, or escrow is formally cancelled in writing by both sides, no compensation is due KingWest Transaction Services by agent.

Per Transaction Fee:

Single Agency (1 to 4 units) $395.00- this fee has changed as of June 1st, 2006
Dual Agency (1 to 4 units) $650.00

Termination by Agent/Prorated cancellation fee:

Escrow has been open for one to 17 days: $100.00 cancellation fee

Escrow has been open for greater than 17 days: $200.00 cancellation fee
