Can I pay the transaction coordination fee with my credit card?

KWTS does not accept credit cards at this time, however, it is preferred that payment is made through escrow.

Are my client’s files and information safe?

Yes, KWTS will never disclose client’s information or the agent’s information to anyone not directly involved in the transaction. Furthermore, KWTS does not speak to the agent’s buyers or sellers unless specifically requested to do so by the agent on their behalf.

Will my completed transaction file contain all the DRE, CAR and my broker’s required forms?

Yes! As real estate professionals with over 20 combined years of experience, we keep up to date on all of the required forms. In addition, each agent will provide KWTS a copy of their broker’s checklist to ensure that the file is in compliance with their office.

What do I owe you if my file does not close?

KWTS realizes that if the transaction falls out of escrow, it is usually not the cause of the agent. After all, all agents want to be paid. Therefore, if escrow does not close and is formally cancelled by both sides, KWTS will waive the transaction fee.

However, if the agent cancels the contract with KWTS prior to the close of escrow, the prorated fee will be as follows:

Escrow has been open for one to 17 days: $100.00 cancellation fee

Escrow has been open for greater than 17 days: $200.00 cancellation fee

How will I know if there are any issues with my transaction?

KWTS will provide file status via e-mail or fax, on a weekly basis to the agent on contract with KWTS.


My office is located in Northern California, can you help me too?
