Getting Started with KingWest Transaction Services is easy. Once you have an accepted purchase contract, you can , , Action, or the contract to us. We will require you to complete the "Transaction Coordinating Agreement (TCA)" and submit it with your fully executed purchase contract.

Just got that listing? Send that to us too. We will prepare and send the required disclosures to the seller’s to complete and return. We provide a “pre-paid envelope” for their return. KWTS will hold on to the disclosures so that when you get an offer, we can send the disclosures to the buyer’s agent right away.

Upon receipt of your file and the executed TCA, your file will be assigned to a Transaction Coordinator who will contact you. We will contact escrow, the other agent, the lender, schedule termite (seller's side), order home warranty (seller's side), order the hazard report (seller's side), send out or receive disclosures and begin creating your Broker file.
